Description
The IN3214HG is a 32.5 Gbps quad Mach Zehnder (MZ) modulator driver for next-generation 100G coherent systems.
The IN3214HG provides SMT differential inputs and GPPO outputs. The IN3214HG accepts differential inputs with single-ended outputs.
The IN3214HG includes a temperature monitor. It is designed to allow the user to turn off one or more channels to support various modulation formats.
The IN3214HG is available in a RoHS6-compliant multi-chip module with SMT inputs and GPPO output connectors.
